Welcome to CITY OF LIGHTS! We are so excited for you to join us for a fun-filled event that can create significant change in our community. As Valley Presbyterian Church grows, we want to do God's work to be a beacon of light in the Valley. CITY OF LIGHTS raises funds to continue Valley Presbyterian Foundation's support of VPC's mission and creates opportunities to reach beyond VPC's annual vision to accomplish special projects through Fund The Need. There is significance to this event beyond the glitz and glamour of Scottsdale resort life in the spring. We want to illuminate what God is doing by reaching beyond our campus.

Fund the Need for 2023 is the VPC South Parking Lot Lighting Improvement Project. The project includes new light fixtures, installation, and pavement resurfacing. With increased activity on campus during the evening hours, we are eager to address this long-deferred safety issue. The estimated cost for this project is $80,000 - NOW is the time to get this done!

The entertainment will be as bright as the lights on Broadway! We are thrilled to welcome VPC's Valley Singers as our entertainment for CITY OF LIGHTS. You will hear a wonderful musical revue with songs from several Broadway musicals, old and new. They will weave our theme of light into their presentation asking us all to lift our lights and let them shine high in the darkness.

The Valley Presbyterian Foundation (VPF) supports a variety of campus improvement projects, as well as mission activities that benefit our congregation and community. VPF supports youth scholarships and mission trips, congregational care ministries, church music and concert programs, local Boy Scout Troop 441, and local Mission Partners. To support these endeavors, VPF's Annual Dinner has raised over $410,000! CITY OF LIGHTS will help Valley Presbyterian Church shine God's light into the local community, around the Valley, and beyond.
